Make a request

You may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict it, give it to you or to another provider in a usable format, or stop an objected processing; you may also withdraw a consent. Write in plain language to legal@lifentry.net or to SMARTEDTECH SL, NIF B66970831, Carrer Agricultura, 16, 1º, 9ª, 08320 El Masnou (Barcelona), Spain. You do not need to use a form, and an account or a copy of your identity document is not required by default. If we reasonably doubt who you are, we ask only for the extra information that is proportionate.

What to include

• Reply contact: the address where we should answer.
• Account reference: the email you use for Lifentry, if any.
• The right and the action you want (for example “export my data” or “delete my account data”).
• Scope or date range, if you know it.
• If you act for someone else: your relationship and your authority to act.

What happens next

We answer within the period the law requires, normally one month, and explain any lawful extension or refusal. Requests are normally free. You can already export all your data and documents and close your account yourself from Settings › Privacy. Please do not send passwords, full card details or documents we do not need. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, https://www.aepd.es).
