Data we process

• Account: email address and authentication data (Supabase Auth, EU).
• Workspace: country, currency, language, time zone.
• Content you add: documents (stored in a private EU object store; the database holds only pointers), tasks, accounts, transactions, commitments, goals, contracts.
• Technical: audit trail of actions (references and hashes, no document content).

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service you request (contract); security and audit (legitimate interest); optional AI features only when enabled and only with confirmed fields.

AI

Content is never used for model training. AI requests go through a gateway with per-request budget controls; raw document text is not sent to the assistant.

Sharing

No sharing by default. Household sharing is per record and time-limited; handoffs to other SET Labs platforms require your explicit permission and transfer pointers only.

Retention and your rights

Export your data and close your account at any time from Settings › Privacy (30-day grace period). Statutory SET financial records are retained as required by law.
